Your smile and open heart to the Lord!
1. Bring medication for allergies or medical condition, toiletries, reusable water bottles (there will be a water station at Heaton Hall), flashlight or glow sticks as you wish. You may also bring a sleeping bag or inflatable bed if more than 3 are staying in your room. Linens & towels are provided
2. For the activity materials, bring one printed picture of your family taken at the altar of your church, pictures of your top three choice for your family’s patron saints, and coloring materials.
3. Bring proper outfit for the Holy Mass, swimsuit and comfortable clothing for the weekend.
4. Bring your area banner and talent show material, if any.
5. Proceed to the front desk at the Blue Ridge Center to check-in to your rooms.
YMCA will set up a room where luggage can be stored in if necessary until rooms are cleaned. The housekeeping team will release building as they become available however they ask that people not enter those building until given the go ahead.
6. Pick-up your family conference packet from the FamCon Registration Table (see YMCA map below):
July 5, 2pm to 5pm at the Blue Ridge Center
July 5, 7pm to 9:30pm at Heaton Hall Auditorium
July 6, 7:30am to 10:30am at Heaton Hall Auditorium
7. Bring your family’s dinner for Friday or go to a nearby restaurant but please take note of the schedule.
8. Weather: High in the low 80s, Low in the mid 60s, with a chance of scattered thunderstorm in the evenings.
